Study of the effect of low-dose aspirin on physiological and biochemical parameters of patients with diabetes and hypertension in Thi- Qar governorate

Background: Aspirin has been widely used around the world for more than 100 years. a wide range of biological activities and clinical applications that interact with cellular signaling metabolism, especially in diabetics hypertensive. It acts as an antiplatelets drug. Objectives: To compare effects aspirin on patients diabetes high blood pressure who use those do not by studying group chemical, immunological, hormonal tests knowing extent effect parameters to determine usefulness it. Methodology: In current study, only male hypertension were selected, meaning same patient type 2 was divided into three groups. The first had diabetes-hypertension aspirin, second did third control group. Samples taken conducted at specialized center endocrinology after obtaining patient's consent special form.
